Kelly Okoye is an experienced educator, leader, and strategist dedicated to helping schools and organizations build equitable, inclusive, and transformative learning environments. With over 25 years in education-from classroom teaching to founding innovative programs- Kelly brings a deep understanding of learning, instruction, leadership development, and school start ups.

She has worked with learners from early childhood through middle school in both public and private schools, with expertise in literacy, culturally and linguistically sustainable teaching, and differentiated instruction. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching, with a concentration in English Language Acquisition, from the University of Northern Colorado’s Center for Urban Education and a Master of Arts in Leadership of Educational Organizations from the University of Colorado Denver. Her credentials include Colorado Initial Principal License, a K-12 Endorsement in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education, and advanced designations in English Learner Professional Development and the Science of Reading/READ Act.

As a co-founder of two learning organizations, RAAD, an arts education nonprofit, and RASA, an ECE-8 public school, Kelly leads with a liberation centered approach that equips educators and students to grow in their craft, pursue purpose, and create meaningful change.

Kelly believes that all students deserve access to joyful, relevant, and rigorous learning-and educators thrive when supported by strong values-aligned systems. She brings authenticity, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to every partnership.
